SHIPPING

We ship majority of our products from Minnesota.  We have a few items made/shipped from China.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. We will email you as soon as it has been shipped. You can click the "View Your Order" button in your confirmation email to follow the status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the post office to scan in the package and have the tracking begin. 

All orders will be shipped via USPS & an email tracking will be sent to the email address associated with your order as soon as it ships.

Shipping in the USA generally takes 2-5 business days. Worldwide shipping takes approximately 10-21 days.

Please note if one or more of the items you ordered has a special pre-order or shipping date noted in the product description, your order will ship complete on the date mentioned.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS AND OTHER OFFERS?

Yes, we send out weekly newsletters containing new products, sales and coupons.  Please sign up to our newsletters to get those offers.  The sign up is located on the home page on this website in the lower right hand corner.

EXCHANGES

We will gladly exchange your item if it is still in NEW CONDITION within 14 days of your package being delivered.  

Please send your item back to us to the return address on the outside of your package with a note inside with your exchange request.

USPS First Class Package is the most cost effective way to ship back your items to us, and we will pay to ship the items exchanged back to you. 

RETURNS

We will accept returns smoke/fragrance free within 14 days of your package being delivered. Please send your item back to us to the return address on the outside of your package, folded nicely WITH A NOTE INSIDE that has your order number and name so we are able to process the item! Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us. Please email us if you have any questions!

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have received an item that is flawed or damaged in any way, please contact us and we will replace the items and provide a shipping label for you to ship us the damaged items back. 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED AND ITS NOT HERE?

Please call your local post office and/or area mail carrier for immediate assistance with your package. We also recommend checking in with neighbors, front desk, mailrooms, or anywhere the package may have been delivered.

If you still can't locate your goods we recommend you file a claim with USPS by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS, but we have found it is MUCH quicker to contact your local post office.

SIZING

We have provided size charts on each and every product for you to reference. Because many of the garments we sell are different styles, the width and length vary slightly.
