FAQ | Shipping | Orders – Open Road Girl

SHIPPING

At Open Road Girl, we proudly ship the majority of our women’s motorcycle apparel and accessories from Florida. A select number of items may ship directly from our overseas partners.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also click the “View Your Order” link in your confirmation email to check your order status.

All orders are shipped via USPS, and tracking may take 24–48 hours to update once the package has been scanned.

  • U.S. Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–21 business days

If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order will ship on the date listed in the product description.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.

If your tracking has not updated:

  • Allow 24–48 hours for USPS to scan the package
  • Check your tracking link again for updates

If you still need help, contact us and we’ll take a look.

PACKAGE MARKED DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  • Check with neighbors, front desk, or mailroom
  • Contact your local USPS office
  • Call USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS to file a claim

In our experience, your local post office is the fastest way to resolve delivery issues.
